1. The seller

2. Formation of the contract

Displaying products on the site constitutes an invitation to treat, not a public offer. An order placed by the customer constitutes a purchase proposal, considered accepted once payment is confirmed through our provider, Stripe.

3. Prices and payment

All prices shown on the site are in Euro (โ‚ฌ) and include VAT, excluding any shipping costs shown separately at checkout. Payments are securely processed via Stripe using the methods available at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, use the form available on the Returns page. The product must be returned unused, intact and in its original packaging. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return.

If some products (e.g. personalized or made-to-order jewelry) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 59 of the Consumer Code, the excluded categories must be specified here.

6. Legal warranty of conformity

All products sold are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided under articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code, valid for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

G&F Hub is not liable for delays or disruptions due to force majeure, nor for improper use of purchased products relative to their intended purpose.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes relating to contracts concluded with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
